When do my item/s ship out?

-ALL SHIRTS SHIP & ALL CUSTOM ORDERS SHIP OUT within 1-3 weeks.
-KEYCHAINS/ STRAW TOPPERS SHIP OUT within 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS!
-MAGIC POPS SHIP OUT within 1-3 Business days!
-PHONE CASES Shipping varies. Please read the description box before purchasing. We have both PRE-ORDERS and READY-TO-SHIP (RTS) Cases.
*This does not include weekends or Holidays!
All items ship via USPS. Orders weighing less than 16oz are mailed via USPS First Class shipping. USPS delivery time is 2-5 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email with your USPS tracking number. Once it has left our hands and dropped off to USPS We are not responsible for lost or damaged items please contact your local USPS office for lost/damaged items.

Where is my package/package says delivered but i haven't gotten it?

At checkout we have an option for shipping insurance, so if your package is lost, damaged or stolen you are able to file a claim and if approved, you get item resent to you. If you do not add shipping insurance to your order Shop The Magic Co nor the postal office is liable for any lost, damaged or stolen items!

What is your return/ exchange policies?

At the moment we do not accept Return or Exchanges. All Sales are Final.

*If you have any problems with your order Please email me within 24 hours of order arrival.

What happens if i enter the wrong shipping address?

As a buyer, you are 100% responsible to make sure your mailing address is correct before completing your purchase! I will not refund or resend out any merchandise due to this reason, so please make sure your address is correct! I also will not adjust your address for you, so please make sure all your information is correct at checkout as all sales are FINAL!

USPS lost/damaged my item, what can i do?

Lost, Damaged, and stolen packages are an unfortunate thing but things happen! We are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages. Once we drop off your package at the Post office it is in their hands not ours,we have no control.
My best advice would be to contact your local USPS and contact a manager and/or submit a claim online. Please note that we do not submit claims on your behalf.

What are your hours of operation?

Business Hours are 10am-5pm
Monday-Friday.
We are closed on weekends and Holidays.
Please allow a response up to 24hrs.

 I need to cancel my order but it says all sales are final, what can i do?

If you absolutely need to cancel an order, you have 24 hours to do so. You will be charged a restocking fee per item you can cancel.

Phone cases: $6 Fee

Apparel : $8-$12 Fee (Custom apparel is non-refundable)

Phone Grips and keychains: $4 Fee

I ordered the wrong phone device/size, what can I do?

As a buyer you are 100% responsible that you select the the correct phone and shirt size. ALL sales are FINAL.

*in special occasions if you have to absolutely need to change a phone size it may be possible in case I have extras ( but it is not guaranteed). If I happen to have an extra you will be charged a $6.00 restocking fee/ exchange fee. ****(this must be done within 24 hours of purchase, meaning you must message me with your order number within 24 hours!)

Why did I receive different packages with only some items?

We are a 3 member shop! We each sell different things but we always try are best to ship at the same time/together.

You may receive multiple packages when ordering scrunchies but we guarantee they will all ship within the turnaround time frame! Please Email us if you have any questions or concerns!

My phone grip/keychain broke, what can I do?

For a small fee you we can fix your phone grip! If your phone grip or keychain breaks within 2 days if you pay shipping and handling we fix it for you! 

*seller is responsible for all shipping fees.

We currently do not accept Returns, Exchanges or Refunds unless there is something wrong with your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
